Bill Copeland, Vice Chairman, is a 30-year Deloitte veteran and leads the US Life Sciences & Health Care practice. Bill is also Deloitte's Corporate Citizenship champion for RightStep, Deloitte's commitment to education which supports innovations in the education space to help low-income students succeed. Previously, Bill was practice leader for the health reform initiative, focused on serving clients' needs around the incredible changes resulting from the Affordable Care Act.

Brian Flanigan, a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, is Deloitte's Value-Based Care Integrated Offering leader. He also leads Deloitte's Life Sciences & Health Care Go-To-Market Service Offerings. He provides M&A, corporate strategy, and financial management services to Boards of Directors and management teams in the provider, health plan, PBM, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Brian has led a variety of strategy, finance, and operations engagements, including strategic planning, population health strategy, corporate governance strategy, M&A strategy, merger integration, operational turnarounds, finance transformation, and divestiture strategy, planning and execution.

Dr. Mitch Morris is the Vice Chairman and US Health Care Providers Sector Leader at Deloitte, including Consulting, Audit, Tax, and Financial Advisory Services. Dr. Morris has more than 30 years of health care experience in consulting, health care administration, research, technology, education, and clinical care. Previously, he served as a Senior VP of health systems and CIO at MD Anderson Cancer Center where he was also Professor in Gynecologic Oncology and in Health Services Research.

As managing director of research for the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions, Sarah Thomas oversees the development and execution of the strategic research agenda which aims to help industry stakeholders respond to market forces and policy directives affecting health care, including payers' demand for better value. She has more than 13 years of government experience and has deep experience in public policy, with a focus on Medicare payment policy.

Howard B. Graman, MD, FACP
Vice President AMGA Consulting, LLC, Immediate Past Chair, American Medical Group Association; Former Chief Executive Officer, PeaceHealth Medical Group, Portland, OR
Speaker Bio
Dr Graman is a general internist who has practiced as a primary care physician for 35 years. He has also held progressive leadership positions at large multispecialty medical groups within health systems including The University of Vermont (Fletcher Allen HealthCare), Cleveland Clinic and Carilion Clinic. Most recently he served as CEO of PeaceHealth Medical Group, a 900 provider organization with operations in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
Dr Graman currently serves as Vice President of AMGA Consulting Services LLC and over the past year has worked with numerous medical groups on operational improvement, compensation plan design, organizational structural redesign, merger and acquisitions, leadership mentoring and strategic planning.

Speaker Bio
Wayne Hartley is a Vice President with AMGA Consulting Services. He has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. His earlier roles were with integrated delivery systems including Allina Health in Minneapolis, where he was director of hospital-based clinics, and HealthEast in St. Paul, MN, where he was executive director of cardiovascular services across three acute-care hospitals. Wayne has spoken nationally with organizations including AHLA (American Health Lawyers Association), AMGA, and HFMA.
